Its just a hunch but can you try this if you are on 25.7.1

My Caddy plugin was really slow too and we tracked it down to this.

You are a gentleman and a scholar.  This appeared to fix it after i restarted the nginx service (service nginx restart)

Same here.  From what I can tell the nginx opnsense API calls are extremely slow for some reason.  If you wait long enough the page(s) will load and you can eventually add servers, etc.

That said this has gotta be some kind of regression.  Like others the nginx server itself is running just fine.
