Attached is the picture of the IGCO of my WAN

Can you elaborate on what you mean by Incompatible interfaces because i have tried multiple calbe with the same results.
I bought my Glovary box from the US and i am using it in Germany. Does that mean that A US firewall mini pc is not compatible to work in Germany? What would you recommend as a solution.

I have also tried an ASUS router and it is still the same result. I can get IPV4 from my internet provider. Despite many attempt to tell them about my issue has fallen on death ears.

My Wan is on IGC0 and my lan is on IGC1. Despite all the right configurations i still cant get internet from my ISP primeroCom.

Here are screenshot of my configuration.

So the ISP has a modem that i plug into and put that ethernet cabble in my igc0 port for wan into my glovary router mini pc i got from Amazon https://a.co/d/8TqWjVG.

Is it ok to send you my opnsense comfig export so you can take a deeper look

Yes. I am using DHCP. I reached out to them again and this is what they said

"Thank you for your message.

We have gladly checked the connection again, your routers each have a
public dynamic IP. If you have any further problems with your network
settings, please contact the hardware manufacturer. As an Internet
provider, we cannot take any further action in this case.

I hope you are doing well. I am also based in Boblingen in Germany, and i am trying to setup opnsense on a router pc.

My ISP asked me to tag my WAN with vlan 132 so i can get an IPV4 IP address.

I have followed all the instructions but i am still not getting an IPV4 IP. See attached my screenshot.

Am i doing something wrong? Is there something else i need to configure
