Left it blank and it worked. Now when I retry the self signed option is visible. Problem resolved

Running OPNsense 25.1.5_5-amd64
I'm trying to create a self signed root certificate authority but the "issuer" field is blank and does not allow me to select "self signed". See attached image. Not sure what I'm missing here.
Trying to use the following guide:
