First off, I love Opnsense and have never seen a platform that has had such reliable updates and uptime. I came from Ubiquiti which required a prayer each time you updated the software as their updates were typically a buggy mess.
Now to the problem...
I am on the version 25.1.4_1 and am having a very hard time with getting DNSCrypt-proxy working properly. I have spent the last hour troubleshooting this with no resolution in site. I have a single DoH server configured (NextDNS). However, DNSCrypt-proxy seems to have a mind of its own as it randomly swaps to other DNS servers. It has used my DoH server but only for a few minutes before it swapped to another server. I need it to soley use NextDNS as I have all of my DNS filtering configured there.
Is this to be expected? Is there a way I can force it to use a single specific DoH server?
