i would try the following:
- only assign one IP to the proxmox host, actually you have 2
- work with different subnets, not 2 times 192.168.1.x. This will not work and makes everything harder to troubleshoot.

So maybe you had that running at some point and now it's no longer in use but there were some related rules leftovers ?!

indeed. i removed the legacy ipsec plugin and can't find any rule, but the import still fails unfortunately.

Migrated to new rules interface without incident

i receive the following message when i try to import the rules to the new interface:

[interface] Option [enc0] not in list.In the interfaces overview i can see "enc0" but i can't do anything. It's a virtual machine running on Proxmox.
