Hello guys!
Sorry I'm late to the party, but I have the exact same error and hardware. Did manage to revert to 24.7.4 using ZFS. Upgrade to 25.1 fails each time.
I do not think it is a disk error/failure as mentioned by franco.
Any ideas to avoid reinstalling, the firewall location is not optimal for my health haha
