Can you list all the processes that need to use CPU?
Is there any processe that need to write to the log file continuously and uninterrupted, causing the CPU to be "busy" and have no time to handle other processes besides the ping service.
Is this related to the memory capacity? 2G is not enough, try 4G/8G if it helps.
