The recovery process was simply restoring the VM snapshot. I was back up and running in two minutes.
But it does sound like I will have to create a new install as I can't upgrade from this one.

I didn't add any plugins to my installation that didn't come from the opnsense repository if that is what you mean. (see screenshot)

Anyone ran into this before? First time I had an upgrade fail to boot up. (This is a VM in Proxmox BTW)
I can provide the config file if needed but rather not throw it onto a public forum as it might contain passwords.

24.7.5 just released but I don't see any mention about ZeroTier. Fix planned for .6?
Also, if I did any patches to my current system, do I need to do anything before upgrading?
(I used opnsense-patch 1dba25fed8 to get ZeroTier back working.)
