same PC if I move over to static the intermittent drop outs go away... sonicwall with SLAAC configured no issues Cisco with SLAAC configured no issues. also have the same issue with pfsense after latest update

I am having issues with SLAAC after 24.7 upgrade and loosing routing on IPv6 Auto Config adapters
on computers with static IPv6 (IE: Servers) no issues
I believe where the issue lies is that RA is handing out LINKLOCAL instead of LAN Interface Static assigned IP address
when having issues on Machines using SLAAC all pings and connections outside of the firewall fail but from servers everything works as intended.
DHCP6 note enabled as I do not have any devices that old
Firewall not indicating any blocking at FW level in live logs
Worked perfect before 24.7 update
Anyone have any ideas?
