This is exactly why I didn't buy a subscription.  Your company seems to treat users differently depending on how you feel.  This is an example and so is the SASE Starter Tier.

I used the web form to submit a request but I can't find an email with a case number.  Either my gmail is playing up or the request didn't get submitted correctly.

Edit:  I sent another request almost 24 hours ago and I have not received a ticket number.

How long do sales take to get back to you?  I contacted them about the SASE Starter license tier for home users and have yet to receive a response.
