I'm dealing with this issue as well, any configuration change -- just hitting apply without changing anything -- solves the issue until the next reboot

Hi,

I'm dealing with this exact issue as well.

OPNsense 24.1.8-amd64
FreeBSD 13.2-RELEASE-p11
OpenSSL 3.0.13

Still haven't found a permanent fix that persists after reboot.
