Another thread giving the same error in 2021 but then on python37 seems to be: I suspect you have mimugmail repo active?
I'm not the expert, but maybe more people are looking for an answer.
Probably have to wait on an mimugmail repo update?
Removing the affected package glib obviously doesn't work, even opnsense itself is indicated to have a dependency with it.
Installed packages to be REMOVED:
glib: 2.80.2,2
harfbuzz: 8.5.0
openjdk17: 17.0.10+7.1_1
opnsense: 24.1.7
os-unifi-maxit: 1.3
rrdtool: 1.8.0_4
syslog-ng: 4.7.1
unifi8: 8.1.113
