24.1 Legacy Series / Unable to port forward

Hi
I'm having problems with Port Forwarding; trying to open ports 80 and 443.
Using the website portchecker.co/check-it shows these ports closed no matter what I do.
I'm using OpnSense as a VM in Proxmox on a Protecteli Vault.
It has worked in the past, but after problems with my VPN (Nord) that resulted in a reinstall of OpnSense it no longer works.
In order to see if the VPN was the problem I've spun up a clean machine without any VPN and still having problems.
The firewall within Proxmox has also been disabled.
The attached screen shot shows my Port Forward rule for 80 only, had a rule for 443, but deleted and will put back once sorted.
My WAN is renamed to my ISP which I have blanked out.
Tried to look at the logs, but not really sure what I'm looking for/at so any help would be great.
