Anyone have any idea how to clear this error from the CLI. Dismissing the report from GUI does not clear it and it has soft bricked my router. Though all functionality are working most of the GUI is looping to the error page

When updating to 24.1.3 I got the error below, now it is constantly showing up if I choose anything under System -> Firmware options. Heck it doesn't allow me to reboot it from the GUI too.

Reboot doesn't clear and even if I submit the report or clear it there is no change. It comes back to the same page.
Router is working but the Lobby page is not loading correctly and I can't seem to be able to actually upgrade it.
Let me know if you need any further info from my end.
