24.1 Legacy Series / IPv6 issues with certain apps and clients

Hi all!
Need some new eyes on my problem as I can’t quite seem to figure out where the issue might be…
Running OPNsense 24.1.3_1, recently made the switch from running gnuton build on an Asus.
IPv6 was configured on the Asus and had no issues since it was commissioned over a year ago.
Everything else is working as expected on OPNsense.
IPv6 is configured:
Dhcp6 from ISP, /56 prefix delegation size, RA in unmanaged mode.
Clients are getting IPs and I can ping, do nslookups on AAAA records with no issues.
But home assistant addons are complaining about no connectivity, my wife’s mobile games are not logging in/loading when on wifi (works once wifi is disabled).
I’ve been trying to work out what the issue might be, it is setup correctly according to the documentation and guides I’ve found online and although there are more settings than on the Asus, it _did_ work without issues with the same setting on the Asus.
Any idea where/what to debug so I can keep IPv6 on?
Everything works fine when IPv6 is disabled…
