Web Proxy Filtering and Caching / SSL Proxy is not working

SSL Proxy does not work when configure in transparent mode. I have used below link for the configuration,

Still getting error when trying to access SSL website. I see browser gets the Self sign certificate but facing Access denied error, refer screenshot of the error message.
