Hello OPNSense community!

I could really use some help! I am pulling my hair out!  :'(

I am trying to install OPNSense 23.7 for the first time on my old Acer Aspire V5 touchscreen laptop.

The problem I am having is endless terminal spam that I can not make stop!  :'(

This continues to repeat about once every 2 seconds.

I tried commenting out some lines in /etc/syslog.conf and rebooting. The lines I commented out are:

And one other that was redirecting to /dev/console (I don't remember which, can not easily look).

That didn't help at all!

This endless spam is making it impossible for me to do anything! Please help!
