As suggested in another topic, reports -> settings -> reset DNS data fixes it.
This section allows you to view all posts made by this member. Note that you can only see posts made in areas you currently have access to.

23.7 Legacy Series / Unbound DNS reporting - missing data

Unbound reporting missing chunks of data in it. The actual DNS resolution and blocking works fine no issues.
The issue started from at least 23.7.6, I'm currently on the latest (23.7.8 ) and no luck resolving it..
