23.1 Legacy Series / Serial Image fail to install on Intel Apollo Lake Device (w/o VGA/HDMI)

Got a Apollo lake device without VGA/HDMI support.
Try to install OPNsense to this device by serial console.

I download the Amd64- serial image (23.1) from Download site.
However, I cannot install OPNsense successfully.
It stocked in the begining of FreeBSD system boot up.

Is there any solution for this situation?
