23.1 Legacy Series / Config Haproxy not updating
« on: June 04, 2023, 08:30:28 pm »
Hi Community
I finally made the switch to opnsense, since it looks like a cool product to me. After spending a while figuring out how to get things to work, I stumbled over a strange behaviour of the haproxy plugin.
I now ho haproxy works and i could get it running with the config file. Since opnsence provides the gui I made my config there. After a while I wanted to add some backends and rules, but they never show in the actual config!
I found a thread here https://github.com/opnsense/plugins/issues/2616, but this refers to an older plugin version. Just to be sure I tried the advertised "quick fix" without luck.
Facts right now are:
Opnsense version: OPNsense 23.1.9-amd64, FreeBSD 13.1-RELEASE-p7
Plugin version: os-haproxy (installed) 4.1
No matter what I do, the config stays the same, even though the gui shows the changes. (see attachments)
Any help would be appreciated!
THanks in advance
