23.1 Legacy Series / ipv6 connectivity lost on 23.1.8

Hi all,

After upgrading 23.1.8, my connectivity of ipv6 lost. Nothing change in the configuration. Firewall log show blocking ipv6 outgoing traffic. I can ping the LAN interface through ipv6 address.

Any idea?
