Hello, I have a Ryzen 5 3600 that I would like to use in a opnsense box. At the moment, I'm trying to determine if it makes more sense to virtualize opnsense with Xen or QEMU, or if I can get a board that would have it's lan port supported.

My requirements:

Compatible lan port, 1Gbps required, 2.5Gbps preferred
MicroATX or ITX
At least one 16x slot
AM4 Compatibility
around or under $200

As far as compatibility goes, am I basically just looking for specific nics that are supported by freebsd or does opnsense have it's own compatibility list that I'm not finding somewhere?

Thanks in advance,
