Hi all, first time poster here. I'm no IT expert, but I've been having big issues with the latest version of OPNsense and I'm pretty sure they are caused by the latest update.

The issue is that I will lose all access to the web GUI and WAN traffic. This typically happens right after changing an unrelated setting (Eg assigning my wireguard interface) or installing a plugin, assigning a DHCP static address ect. It's happened to me several times now, and the only way I could get control of my firewall back was to reinstall version 23.1.

Sometimes it will not even give a LAN IP address on the VGA console; assigning one manually through the console has no effect. Restoring backups through the console has been hit and miss, but mostly it doesn't work.

The (new) box I'm running it on has an intel N5105 CPU and 8gb DDR4 ram. I thought it may be faulty, so i installed Opnsense on my old AMD box which I suspect was actually faulty, but got similar issues after updating it to 21.1.4. I've been running my new box on 23.1 for a couple of days now, changing and tweaking settings and I haven't had the problem come back.

Has anyone else been experiencing this fault? It was driving me nuts as I really need my home network up before a deadline. I still can't install WG without updating, and I'm not doing to do that.
