Thanks for posting this we are about to install 2 x Supermicro servers and its good to know they get recognised with c620 chips

Hi All

I pulled my 12-year-old pc https://www.asrock.com/mb/amd/970%20extreme3%20r2.0/ out and rebuilt it as it was in bits. I installed opnsense and installed two 4-port Intel cards. 32 Gig of 2100 ram and ran some iperf3 tests and it was pushing 940mbps out of the box. Took me a day to mess around and set it up due to never having seen opnsense before,

Very impressed with what it can do with old hardware. Looking forward to running my supermicro servers next week with QAT enabled denverton cpu's

Looks good to me.

BTW: the SYS-5018D-FN4T has got the X10SDV-8C-TLN4F, not the X11SDV-12C-TLN4F. That's why I wrote it was essentially the same as the ones I run.

Not bad for a 1 Gig interface, as you would expect for kernel throughput as opposed to user space.  I am looking at running encrypted workloads hence the Quick Assist stuff, to accelerate encrypted virtual networks.

I noticed that X10 over my X11 great boards.

Anyone got any opinions, Were contemplating PfSense but want to support an Open-source community.
