Hello,

Could you please check if you can see any errors in the browser console? Additionally, it may be necessary to examine the file at tmp/zenarmor_update.progress path. It would be advisable to contact support for further assistance.

Thank you.

Hello,

In order to help identify the root cause of your issue with the "phishing access" tag blocking your access to certain websites, could you please share with us a list or screenshot of the web sites that have been blocked by Zenarmor?
This information will help us better understand the problem you are experiencing.

Zenarmor (Sensei) / Re: IPTV and Zenarmor Block
May 04, 2023, 05:04:38 PM
Hi Steve,

It is possible that the IPTV service is being blocked by the category "Streaming Media"  as an app category or "Online Video", as a Web category. You can allow these categories to test the issue.

Then you need to examine block reports or live session explorer logs to find the IPTV hostname and IP address to add it white-list or exempt from Zenarmor packet processing.

To exempt certain internal IPs from the block, you will need to create an exception rule in your firewall configuration.
You can do this by creating a new rule that allows traffic from the specific internal IP address to bypass the security category block.

Detailed information can be found here:
https://www.zenarmor.com/docs/opnsense/configuring/general#exempting-vlans--networks

If you have a further issue you can send the screenshot of the block sessions to Support

Hi,

In passive mode, Zenarmor uses the pcap instead of the netmap. It provides to get  a copy of the packets. So Zenarmor classify the traffic according to source and destination address. It can not know which one is local side and remote site. With the upcoming releases a configuration option will be available in passive mode to indicate the LAN and WAN interfaces, So, Zenarmor could be able to determine for local and remote IP addresses.

As for the Routed mode, can you please elaborate on the exact problem you experienced? Can you explain it in more detail?

Can you send a bug report from the OPNsense GUI?

Firstly, enlarge the chart from the right corner of it. Then list the top 100 to see the other Remote Hosts. I hope
it helps.
