There are several ways to solve such a situation. The first thing to do is to delete the cache. To delete the cache and get the current version of the page, refresh the page in the browser with the key combination Ctrl + F5. If this does not help, check your antivirus. Maybe it is blocking access. I stumbled upon this problem searching on the internet for articles about home renovation.
