I was running into a time out like this. I ended up reducing the list of the DNSBL listing in "Type of DNSBL". I would rather have kept my long-ish list, but this was the only work around I found.

Ah, ok. I did not check after doing the initial upgrade.
After upgrading again, it's will working.
I'm now at:

Thanks - this fixed my issue too. I was having Unbound restart errors in the logs.
I just updated yesterday to:
