High availability / HA and Load Balancing with two ISPs using two Opnsense appliances

Hi.
I'm pretty new here. My company have purchased two DEC3850 appliances.
We want to have HA (with both appliances working at the same time) and Load Balancing between 2 ISPs fiber links.
In case one of the appliances goes down, the remaining should take all troughput and keep doing the Load Balancing between the two ISPs. Is this possible?
