I ended up spinning up a new VM with 22.1. I was able to get my firewall rules and copied over with in a few hours and it came up with minimal downtime.

Hi everyone, I'm looking at moving from pF to OPN on our 4 node Hyper-V 2022 cluster. Anyone running OPN on a Hyper-V cluster and are there any major issues to look out for?
