It may be that the relay is generally not working since the new update. Unfortunately, I have the same problem that the relay sends IP addresses only sporadically. One day later it doesn't do that anymore.

Hi, i have the same problem and unfortunately restarting via the CLI doesn't do anything for me either. How did you proceed in the CLI?
