Having similar issue on the same exact build:

/usr/local/opnsense/mvc/app/controllers/OPNsense/Base/ApiControllerBase.php:152: Error at /usr/local/opnsense/mvc/app/models/OPNsense/DynDNS/FieldTypes/AccountField.php:53 - Undefined index: vpn (errno=8)

Fixed via the instructions in the above article, but basically this needs to be changed in the BIOS:

AMD CBS->FCH-UART ->Uart 0 Legacy Options: Disabled

Behavior is the same with DEC3860 and DEC750 hardware.

Cannot seem to get serial console working after updating to 22.1.4_1.  Breaks even on default configuration after installing this update.
