I have had the same problem after the new release and in my case the culprit was firewall logs were growing to 700MB per day (in /var/log/filter which is tmpfs).
Not sure if log settings got reset or something but i unchecked "Log packets matched from the default pass rules put in the ruleset" which was responsible for the majority of log messages and also lowered "Preserve logs (Days)" to 3 days (from default 31 days).
Attached the last 60 hour memory graph, empty space is from lost data as my router ran out of memory and started killing all processes. Could not even ssh in but saw the OOM messages on the connected monitor.
