I set up the OPNsense firewall (DEC2700 series) using the wizard. After that I configured the interfaces, system settings and such, but nothing fancy yet. When looking at the Unbound DNS statistics I can now see several queries to non-existing NTP servers, like:
2.opnsense.pool.ntp.org.mijndomein.nl 135 (6.86%)
0.opnsense.pool.ntp.org.mijndomein.nl 132 (6.70%)
I would expect queries to be directed at:
2.opnsense.pool.ntp.org
0.opnsense.pool.ntp.org
Is this 'as intended' or is NTP resolving the wrong DNS names by unintendedly adding my local domain, as specified under 'System - Settings - General - Domain'?
