I am actually experimenting with OPNSense but got some problems after some run time. I just see the message "APE lock 2. lock request failed 0x8414 0x1000" (the 2 can also be a 3 or 5). When that happens the OPNSense isn't reachable via the LAN interface (no Ping, seems completely down)!
I did some research, didn't find anything usefull yet. Can somebody tell me the reason for that message? I have to restart OPNSense when that happens, after the reboot all seems fine again.
I would love to replace my current router with the OPNSense but that error keeps me away from it -happens nearly every week one time.
