Web Proxy Filtering and Caching / Sarg ConfigD

Hi guys i have setup Sarg service to run automatically.
However i have encounter permission issue on the generated directory and files. I had to do chmod -R +rx on every new files/dir created.
Any suggestion to fix generated reports dir/files permission. It might be due to running nobody.
[restart]
command:/usr/local/bin/sarg /var/log/squid/access.log* -d
parameters:%s
type:script
message:starting sarg
