Hi sorry for this question.
I have followed the instructions to set up web filtering. I really just want to prevent adult stuff on the network. I used to have untangle which was brilliant for web filtering just turn it on and we were set. Apparently this is not so easy on other platforms. I have just removed an unifi UDP Pro from the network having finally got to the end of my tether on this terrible software.
Anyhow I followed the instructions but porn etc is all still available. I am trying to understand the various threads but it appears I need to set each client to use certain proxies? This is far from ideal. Its a home environment and I just want to protect the lan from adult content.
Is it the case each client has to be set up to bypass proxies or what ever?
