20.7 Legacy Series / Re: Trouble with half-closed connections

I haven't sniffed the traffic yet, but I'm wondering if this is the same thing I am seeing. I see a lot of blocks to normal ports. I put multiple rules in to pass the traffic just to be sure. Still happens.

I'm running 20.7.3-amd64.
