I have a similar board the iBase IB918F-1505G and the same problem.
tested a few different systems:
- freeBSD 11.2 => freeze on acpi0: Power Button (fixed)
- freeBSD 11.3 => freeze on acpi0: Power Button (fixed)
- freeBSD 12.1 => Boots OK
- pfsense 2.4.4 => freeze on acpi0: Power Button (fixed)
- pfsense 2.4.5 => Boots OK
- OPNsense 20.1 => freeze on acpi0: Power Button (fixed)
- OPNsense 20.7.b => Boots OK

I did a little bit of digging and it seems like the problem is described in FreeBSD Bug 231760.

I have no idea if this is save to run or what the implications are but i got OPNsense 20.1 to boot by setting hw.pci.mcfg=0 in loader prompt.
