Hi,

i had a similar issue.
Had to wait about 15 minutes, while these the router crashed two times and then booted successfully.
"Issue" only occurred on the first automated reboot right after upgrading to 20.7.

@davidolrik: How long did you wait before reboot it again?

Hi, I can confirm zaggynl's experience:

update from 20.1.9 to 20.1.9-1: OK
update to 20.7: stuck after reboot while upgrading, waited and router came back after 15 minutes and 2 crashes.

Tested with:
OPNsense 20.7-amd64
FreeBSD 12.1-RELEASE-p7-HBSD
LibreSSL 3.0.2
GX-412TC SOC (4 cores)

Hi,
i can confirm that there is something wrong with the CPU core temperature widget.
After upgrading to 20.7 temps are gone like on UKQuirkyGeek system but deselecting 'Only show first found CPU core temperature' did not fix it for my system, 20.7 is not showing any temps for me anymore.

Until now issue 2 and 3 seem not to occur to my system.

Tested with:
OPNsense 20.7-amd64
FreeBSD 12.1-RELEASE-p7-HBSD
LibreSSL 3.0.2
AMD GX-412TC SOC (4 cores)

Hi,
had a similar issue right after upgrading to version 20.7
A manual reboot fixed it for me.

Hi there,
i can confirm this issue from cardonarico with the firewall logs.
On my tests the logs are working correct right after reboot for about 20 to 60 seconds and stop then.
Tested on AMD GX-412TC SOC with 4Gb Memory and 42GB SSD.

I've switched from pfsense to opnsense and got opnsense be my favourite Router/Firewall before pfsense and also vyos.
Pfsense has a ton of BGP options in the GUI while opnsense lacks of many options.
Are there any plans to increase bgp functions in the GUI?
