v4.13.0.2 installed. So far frequency goes up to 1Ghz. I will report here, should the problem come at a later point. But currently this seems to be ok! Would be great.

And do you see any benefit in routing performance or LAN throughput?

Switch or the NAT with your CPU.

Is there a good way to search for NAT/cpu combination issues?
During a filetransfer I still see around 30-60% idle. interrupt goes to ~20%

Hi all,

thanks for this great software, Im really happy.
Recently I noticed that network performance between two vlan does not reach 1 Gbit/s but only around ~500 Mbit/s.
The two vlan are on different physical nics on the same switch.

Hardware:
APU3
AMD GX-412TC SOC (4 cores)
8GB RAM
Intel I211 Gigabit

Software:
OPNsense 19.7.7
coreboot v4.0.19

I mean, its enough for me but Im curios about the reason. Could it be that the switch is limited?
But when using the same vlan, throughput is ~1 Gbit/s.
