21.1 Legacy Series / Update fails
February 01, 2021, 09:38:06 PM
I get the following when trying to update.  I got more details from CLI than GUI.  I've rebooted and tried different sources.

Proceed with this action? [21.1/y/N]: y

I do get assigned (1) IPv4 address and (1) IPv6 address, I wonder if i separated out that way if it would work?

That would be lovely if I could have multiple public IP's, but COX doesn't allow that.

20.1 Legacy Series / Multiple XBOX Hell

Ok, I have spent 2-3 days reading every post I can find on how to setup OPNsense for multiple XBOX.  I think I am close, meaning I show both XBOX's with open NAT, but Rainbow 6 Seige will only connect the first person.  This is what I've tried so far:

https://www.tweaking4all.com/network-internet/pfsense-strict-nat-xbox-one/

There is a deny 3074 192.168.70.0/24 0-65535 at the bottom I have in there too.

Thoughts?

I created a file... no luck

I have no /var/etc/miniupnpd.conf

Does anyone have a generic one I can create?  File permissions?

For giggles, I tried reinstalling miniupnpd.  No change.

Tried, still caused reboot.

Have you tried the following combination to see if OPNsense doesn't reboot?

Check Allow UPnP Port Mapping, uncheck Allow NAT-PMP Port Mapping, check enable and then save.

1.  Yes, it does show installed.  I have uninstalled, rebooted and reinstalled.
2.  Please see attached screen shots.  You will see that "enable" is grayed out, not orange
3.  See screen shots of audits... no issues

Also, the enable i/! next to enable is grayed out.

I have (2) xbox's.  When I try to enable the UPNP service, it reboots OPNSense.  I have uninstalled/deleted the service, I rebooted, reinstalled, I rebooted. tried to enable UPNP... it reboots itself.   Comes back up and wants to send an crash report.

I have tried other combinations, but the outcome is the same.
