18.7 Legacy Series / Disk Partition

Hi I am running version 18.7.10_4-amd64. The question I have is this I have a 4g SD card but everything looks like it is only using 2.6G. is there a way that I can use the full space. I currently only have about 500M free.

Here is the output of fdisk
