18.7 Legacy Series / [Fresh Install] WAN static ip offline

i already asssign the interface and then set wan ip address through wizard, but wan gateway status is offline. i cannot ping, cannot check update and btw, my connection is dedicated fiber with converter to Ethernet cable.

Please help
