I have a Dell R210 ii.  Recently, I've noticed I can actually hear the fans so I wanted to see if my cpu usage was high.

Here's a screen grab of the current activity, and something looks fishy to me.

Is this normal?  If not - where should I being to look to fix it?

I have 5 ip cameras that I do not want to "Phone Home"

I have them on the following IP addresses

192.168.1.15
192.168.1.16
192.168.1.17
192.168.1.18
192.168.1.19

I would like to be able to restrict any outside internet access to them, and allow them to connect to my NVR locally.

I was hoping to add a firewall block rule, however I can't seem to find out how to do that.
