Did reinstall and set dhcp up in console after install and now it seems to work better.

Seems i have similar issue where dhcp is down somehow as even in static list devices do not get ip.
I assume it is similar case.
In GUI when i hit start it still seems that it is not starting.
Maybe i try another clean install soon.
