Web Proxy Filtering and Caching / Redirect to Captive portal is not working with PROXY enabled

Hi
I just installed OPNsense 18.1.2. When I enable Captive portal redirection works, but when I enable WEB PROXY, redirection doesn't work, users have internet without authentication.
At Captive portal-Administration-Authenticate using is Local Database

At Web Proxy- Administration - Autentication method is Local Database again.
I hope someone can help me.
