Web Proxy Filtering and Caching / Conection Opnsense to externas Squid Proxy

My opnsense connects by means of a firewall rule to another opnsense and this in turn with a squid proxy service. The rule defined in the first firewall is blocked towards the http and https services of business skype in azure.
