因为我这边有两个ISP的3条WAN线路，若干个OpenVPN Client账号用于geoip策略路由访问国外
根据OpenVPN Server的地点按照不同优先级选择不同的WAN来连接

刚从Pfsense转过来，Pfsense那边是有Gateways Group的，这样不是很方便
