this is not a new issue, but an unresolved one.

A new lease from dhcp is not triggered to refresh dnsmasq/ubound configs. So I can't resolve my systems. Very anoying.

Sometimes a fresh dhcp-lease results in a resolveable hostname in dns, but thats not often.
Most times: a fresh dhcp-lease will not result in a dns-entry to resolve hostname.

I think, this is a bug.
