Captive portal is terminating downloads for my machine that has it's MAC address listed as allowed. It has been quite a frustrating problem to troubleshoot but finally when I removed the machines address from the allowed list and logged in through Captive Portal, everything works fine.  When I put it back in, all my downloads terminate before finishing but I can still access the Internet without issue with that machine.

All updates currently available have been applied and on 17.1.2.
